Construction technology and installation technical requirements of steel corrugated culvert

3 Corrugated culvert construction, the method of section construction, in advance in the original arch culvert base with two side by side, the length is determined according to the culvert length, as the culvert promotion of the slide rail, corrugated culvert pipe diameter according to the needs of the project can have different specifications, the whole pipe diameter of 0.5m-2.5m, each section length of 3.06 meters, the use of internal (external) flange bolt connection, Assembly pipe diameter is 3m-8m, and the plates are fastened with high-strength bolts.

4 If the culvert length is less than 30 meters, the width of both sides of the corrugated culvert and the original culvert is greater than 80cm, the whole corrugated culvert can be pushed to one end in the downstream or upstream, and after being in place, the masonry of one end of the retaining wall and the backfill work around can be backfilled with sand, gravel, masonry pieces, etc. The top is made of masonry or high pressure pumped expanded cement mortar.

5 If the culvert is larger than 30 meters, the width of both sides of the corrugated culvert and the original culvert is less than 80cm, the 3m-6m long culvert can be pushed to one end in the downstream or upstream, and it can be fixed after being in place, the stone end wall at the top of the corrugated culvert, the distance between the other end of the corrugated culvert and the culvert is blocked by sandbags or mortar pieces, the width is 50cm, and then the backfilling begins.
