High pole light generally refers to more than 15 meters of steel conical light pole and high-power combined light frame composed of new lighting devices. It consists of a lamp head, internal lighting electrical, rod body and base part. The rod body is generally a pyramidal single-body structure, rolled with steel plates, with a height of 15-40 meters, mostly composed of two to three sections.

Light pole arrangement

1. The light pole is octal, 12-prism, 18-pyramid rod body, made of high-strength high-quality steel plate by cutting, bending, automatic welding forming, the general height of 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications, the design maximum wind resistance up to 60 meters/second, each specification is composed of 3 to 4 sections of splicing. With flange steel chassis, diameter 1 m to 1.2 m, thickness 30mm to 40mm.
2. The function is mainly based on the frame structure, and the decorative main materials are mainly steel pass and steel pipe, and the lamp pole and lamp plate are treated with hot dipping zinc.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of electric motor, hoist, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable. The light pole is installed in the body and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading system is composed of a guide wheel and a guide arm to ensure that the light plate will not move sideways during the lifting process, and ensure that the light plate can automatically fall off and be locked by the hook when the light plate is lifted into place.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6-24 400W-1000W gold halide (white light), floodlight and floodlight, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of turning on and off the light and partial lighting or full lighting.
6. Lightning protection system: the top of the lamp is installed with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod, and the underground foundation is installed with a 1-meter-long ground wire and welded with the underground bolt.

Equipping Items

1. Check all components carefully according to the loading and packing list.
2. Check whether the component is damaged, bent, distorted, and whether the zinc layer is damaged.
3. The sign on each section of the rod body indicates the type of the rod body, the order number and the number of sections. The weight of the rod body is marked with a colored marker on the side of the rod body. Compared with whether the goods are correctly issued, whether the lifting capacity of the crane is sufficient.
4. Mark the rod body according to the maximum and minimum sleeve length provided on the drawing for use when connecting.

5. Each splice provides a set of joint lengths, but due to the influence of manufacturing, installation errors and physical factors, there is a change in the length of the sleeve, so provide the maximum length and minimum length of the sleeve.
6. In order to make the installation easy, it may be necessary to lubricate the mating surface. Do not use lubricating oil to prevent leakage and contamination of the rod body, you can use soapy water to lubricate the outer and inner surfaces of the sleeve.
7. Apply the necessary force at both ends to obtain a tight socket.
