The manufacturing process of iron drums includes raw material procurement, cutting, molding, welding and surface treatment. When purchasing raw materials, the appropriate steel plate needs to be selected and formed through cutting, stamping and bending processes. Then, the parts are welded and finally the surface is painted or oxidized

After the surface of the steel drum is cleaned, it can be galvanized. This process is divided into two ways: electroplating and hot plating. Generally speaking, the method of hot plating is used to galvanize the iron drum, and the process is as follows:
First, the iron bucket is immersed in an acid liquid with a concentration of 5%-10% for 3-5 minutes. This is to clean the grease and dirt on the surface, so that the surface becomes smooth, smooth and easy to attach the zinc layer. Next, the bucket is cleaned in lye and washed again with water.
The iron drum is immersed in a hot dip zinc tank so that the surface of the iron drum is in contact with the zinc liquid. At high temperatures, the vapor of the zinc liquid can chemically react with the iron on the iron surface to form a zinc-iron alloy layer. At the same time, the iron drums will also be coated with zinc. After finishing galvanizing, remove the drum and rinse the excess zinc liquid with water spray and compressed air
